Green List Tier 1 requirement

Remuneration for the employment must be $70.00 per hour or above, or the equivalent annual salary ($145,600 per annum based on a 40 hour week)
For Straight to Residence only, where the employment or offer of employment is based on a contract for services, the remuneration must be $87.50 per hour or above, or the equivalent annual salary ($182,000 per annum based on a 40 hour work week) and a minimum of 10 years’ work in a relevant role is required.
